How to Upgrade, Repair, Disassemble a HTC Mobile (Cellular) Phone

HTC 620/621 (aka T-Mobile Dash)	LCD screens on this cell phone seem prone to breaking if you carry in your pocket or drop it once. The good news is you can repair it yourself. A new LCD runs about 30 dollars on eBay and the procedure is pretty straight forward.

HTC MDA Compact III	The tools required to get this cellphone disassembled are: Torx 5 screwdriver, plastic tool such as a credit card or guitar plectrum, small flat head screwdriver or nail scissors or something similar.
HTC Prodigy/Wizard (O2 XDA Mini S)	Use a thin plastic tool, such as a credit card, to remove the camera surround and slide the tool all the way around the edge of the join to release it.
