Here are disassembly instructions for the Sony/Ericsson K530i mobile phone. You need a Torx 7 screwdriver, and a small Phillips (CrossHead) screwdriver.

[contrib/sony_ericsson_k530i/pics/sony_ericsson_k530i_phone_repair_05.jpg File:Sony ericsson k530i phone repair 05 thumb.jpg]  Take the battery cover off.

[contrib/sony_ericsson_k530i/pics/sony_ericsson_k530i_phone_repair_06.jpg File:Sony ericsson k530i phone repair 06 thumb.jpg]  Take out the battery and SIM card.

[contrib/sony_ericsson_k530i/pics/sony_ericsson_k530i_phone_repair_07.jpg File:Sony ericsson k530i phone repair 07 thumb.jpg]  Take the top dark gray cover off (it's held by 4 clips, just lift the side away by the memory slot or the volume button with a screwdriver or fingernail).

[contrib/sony_ericsson_k530i/pics/sony_ericsson_k530i_phone_repair_08.jpg File:Sony ericsson k530i phone repair 08 thumb.jpg]  Unscrew the 4 Torx screws (size T7).

[contrib/sony_ericsson_k530i/pics/sony_ericsson_k530i_phone_repair_09.jpg File:Sony ericsson k530i phone repair 09 thumb.jpg]  Remove the front cover (3 clips on either side, lift to unclip as above). Starting on the R side is probably easier (clip by the 6 key, the lower edge of the screen, and the magnifying glass).

[contrib/sony_ericsson_k530i/pics/sony_ericsson_k530i_phone_repair_10.jpg File:Sony ericsson k530i phone repair 10 thumb.jpg]  Remove the 2 Phillips screws at either end of the keyboard and screen.

[contrib/sony_ericsson_k530i/pics/sony_ericsson_k530i_phone_repair_13.jpg File:Sony ericsson k530i phone repair 13 thumb.jpg]  Release the clips at the sides and end to release the main PCB.
